In line with Fonderia Morini's corporate policy, the process certifications are the result of an accurate documentation of each single production phase.

The capillary controls of the activities, from the management of the incoming aluminium, up to the final testing documentation of the casts, ensure customers the traceability of every single production phase from moulding, to heat treatment cycles, to inspection and test before shipping.

From initial sampling to final approval

The production follows a series of analysis, tests and checks that ensure compliance with high quality standards.

The first stage is the analysis of the material samplings and of the process steps.

According to the type of processing, a series of checks are then carried out, in order to issue thye relevant certificates and reports, such as:

• Raw dimensional report

• Tensile test certificate

• Penetrant liquid inspection certificate

• Leak test certificate

• X-ray check

• Report on cast processing with machine tools

   

Then a final test is carried, leading to the issuing of the relevant certificate.
