The production of aluminium sand castings is carried out on various traditional and automatic production plants, as well as on a manual plant for special moulding for large aluminium casts. Production is also supported by a heat treatment department, and analysis and quality control laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

Fonderia Morini also produces working patterns using numerical control machinery and CAD CAM workflows.

The subsidiary Fonderia Morini Divisione Conchiglia is specialized in the production of aluminium die-castings with chill-casting technology.
