The department is able to create any kind of pattern, using wood, resin and aluminium, to be mounted on plates dimensionally compliant with the various moulding box sizes. The presence of an internal pattern shop allows for great savings in terms of time and money, thanks to a perfet integration with all the Foundry's plants and the casting simulation workflows.

The design of the mould is carried out according to the customer's specifications: design, weight, alloy, intended use, quantity, quality, analysis required.

A CAD CAM numerical control machine is used to produce the patterns, saving costs and time.

The possibility to recover patterns from other foundries also allows for a significant reduction in relative costs.

Thanks to the constant technological updating of our systems, we are able to offer an end-to-end service, from digital design (single file) up to the sample casting.
