To ensure the best possible business climate for its employees, Fonderia Morini starts from the basics and therefore from staff training, through internships for high schoolers and young workers.
Fonderia Morini chooses to focus on young people and on company training
Every year, Fonderia Morini welcomes many young people in the context of internships for high schoolers and young workers, thus starting to train them right when they enter the job market. Th collaboration between the company based in Cotignola and future employees has been extremely positive for both parties, given that many of these interns then continued to work at the Fonderia.
The result of these operations is an extremely low turnover, which is also accompanied by an average age of about forty years: a fact that stands out in the metalworking sector, where there is a tendency to have older workers.
However, the relatively young average age does not affect the quality, and that is precisely because of the long and complete experience that employees have developed working for the company itself. This allows them to face everyday problems with extreme competence.
The CEO of Fonderia Morini on the importance of a positive business climate
For Luca Morini (President of the Fonderia Morini Group and CEO of Fonderia Morini) and his brother Enrico Morini (majority shareholder of the Group), the family business plays an important role in their professional as well as personal life. For this reason, they believe creating a positive business climate within it is essential.
Luca Morini discusses the matter in the new interview for the Fonderia Morini’s YouTube channel.
